We are experienced in advising a wide range of real estate capital markets clients, including REITs, real estate opportunity funds, underwriters, sovereign wealth funds, international real estate investment vehicles, separate accounts and public real estate operating companies. Our capabilities extend to a broad range of transactions – including IPOs, tender offers, equity and debt financings and joint ventures – in most major property sectors and all stages of investment. We also represent non-traded REITs in all aspects of their life cycle, from structuring and forming the entity to evaluating and pursuing liquidity events such as mergers or listings, along with negotiating a variety of agreements with the NTR’s sponsor.

We also advise on REIT mergers and acquisitions, and have represented buyers and sellers on many prominent M&A deals involving REITs including cash and stock deals, mergers of equals and transactions challenged by activist investors.
