At team level, we provide assistance with contracts and disputes in a wide range of Danish and international renewable energy projects, including more than 35 international wind projects where we assist with everything ranging from early procurement strategic considerations to actual contract negotiations. We have assisted with renewable energy projects in the USA, Japan, Germany, Belgium, Norway, Poland, England, Taiwan and Vietnam.
We have also assisted our clients with some of the largest disputes in the Danish part of the energy sector, both before the ordinary courts of law and before national and international arbitration tribunals. Through our local business partners, we provide a “one stop shop’” for the benefit of our Danish and international clients.
