One of the largest family teams in Somerset and Dorset covering all aspects of family law, including childcare.

Given our regional coverage, we act for a wide range of clients. We are leaders in our field and have grown as a result of client recommendations and are known for our proactive and pragmatic approach.

Our practitioners offer a high level of expertise and knowledge. As a practice, as well as offering the traditional litigation route, we are committed to promoting and developing alternative options for settlements of dispute, including collaborative law.

We have a large childcare team, comprising one partner and four lawyers, three of whom are panel members. The majority of advocacy is done in-house. Much of our work is generated by the strong links we have established and maintained with local guardians and other practitioners. 

We offer fertility and parenting advice; a niche area of practice, supplementing and enhancing the existing, more traditional services offered by the team.
