The team acts for clients nationwide offering a full range of family law services including:

· Co habitation agreements.
SPECIALISATIONS:
The team are all members of Resolution with Helen Stoller being recognised as an Accredited Specialist in relation to children and complex finances.
Richard Barratt and Helen Stoller are also trained Collaborative lawyers.
Jane Jacques and Helen Stoller have a wealth of experience in dealing with relocation cases, both within and outside of the jurisdiction. (AB v CD [2022] Relocation- choice between various options)
Lisa Ball is experienced in dealing with agricultural divorces and benefits from the expertise of our dedicated Agriculture Department, she also acted in the reported case (A,B and C (Fact Find: Allegations of Coercive and Controlling Behaviour [2021]).
