Since it’s founding in 1972 the Kansas City office has grown significantly with 217 attorneys across many areas of practice, including more than 20 business litigators.
Our business litigation team partners with our clients to understand the objectives for any matter. We are well versed in positioning cases for rulings on briefs and resolution by settlement. If trial becomes necessary our team stands ready having tried to completion many state and federal court trials and arbitration hearings.
Polsinelli’s Kansas City office also has a strong appellate team and our litigators have participated in cases before the United States Supreme Court and all levels of state and federal appeals courts.
