Our association with KSA law firm Alsabhan & Alajaji has enhanced our coverage across the Middle East and enables us to win increasingly impressive mandates, as KSA continues with its transformational programme of economic and social changes, involving significant investments into the real estate, hotel and infrastructure sectors.
The team has particular experience in the development, hospitality, education, investment and healthcare sectors. Our high profile in the market is clearly demonstrated by our continued instructions from numerous master developers and investment clients, including advising Amaala on a broad range of hospitality services, including its operator appointments, in respect of the ultra-luxury hospitality project located on the Red Sea coast and Meydan Group in relation to its master communities and sub-developer arrangements.
The team in our UAE office undertakes cross-border work across the region, acting in conjunction with our offices in KSA and Qatar, as well as working with Pinsent Masons’ international network of offices more widely.
