Our Real Estate practice advises local and international clients throughout the lifecycle of real estate projects in Ecuador, from acquisition and structuring to development, financing, operation and sale. We advise on real estate due diligence, title and property regularisation, zoning and municipal matters, property regimes, easements, acquisitions, sales, leases, trusts and the structuring of investment vehicles for real estate projects.
Our clients include developers, investors, landowners, financial institutions and other stakeholders involved in residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. We work closely with clients and their financial, technical and commercial teams to structure projects and address the legal and regulatory issues that may affect their development.
Recent work has included advising on the structuring and development of real estate projects, property acquisitions, title regularisation, municipal and urban-planning procedures, and the negotiation of project-related agreements and trusts.
