We have a recognized expertise in negotiating and advising our clients on complex corporate issues, corporate governance rules, drafting of corporate documents, and attendance at general meetings, partners' meetings, and board of directors’ meetings.

We prepare and negotiate shareholders' agreements and partners' agreements, subscription agreements, investment agreements, put and call option agreements, tag along, drag along processes and the like, and such other agreements as may be necessary to regulate corporate relations. We also excel in handling corporate disputes, whether arbitral or judicial proceedings.
