PMA’s attorneys regularly represent clients in federal and local courts and before the local trademark office. Our attorneys also actively assist clients in implementing anti-infringement campaigns through supervision of investigative work and offering of seminars. The Firm works with some of its clients in planning and carrying out seizures of illegal copies of protected products.
