•  We regularly represent both borrowers and international and local financial institutions in large and complex financings, including construction loans, leveraged buyouts, syndicated loans and multi-borrower facilities. Our attorneys have also worked on major financings outside of Puerto Rico, including the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Dominican Republic. ​
• PMA actively represents financial institutions, banks, and bank holding companies doing business in Puerto Rico. Our attorneys have represented clients in matters before the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Office of Thrift Supervision and the Puerto Rico Commissioner of Financial Institutions. Our attorneys have advised clients regarding the organization of international banking entities under the Puerto Rico International Banking Center Regulatory Act. PMA also regularly represents banks and bank holding companies in capital market transactions, including the issuance of equity securities and structured notes.
