The Public Law team works closely with the Projects team and focuses mainly on public private partnerships, public procurement processes as well as on advising State institutions and government organizations. Our department also supports other practice areas of our firm, as might be required addressing Public Law related aspects, arising in connection with advice given from other areas.

Our team is known for developing an intense practice in advising different stakeholders in the development of the major infrastructure projects of Peru, including toll roads, ports, railroads and telecommunication systems.
