Our customs and foreign trade practice group has an outstanding reputation for customs planning work for national Colombian and international clients, including advice on matters relating to free trade zones, AEO submissions, customs warehouses, port submissions, customs, international trade, and foreign exchange advice.
This practice group is also well known for its expertise and experience in customs and foreign exchange disputes and litigation. The team provides consulting to both national and multinational companies on a wide variety of matters, including conducting foreign trade operations, attending consults arising out of companies’ day-to-day operations, customs planning, legal advice on Free Trade Treaties, application of origin regulations and advice and implementation of Free Trade Zones.
