Overview

Our Banking & Financial Institutions practice group advises leading domestic and international banks and financial institutions doing business in Argentina, and asset managers, consumer financial services firms and other clients providing payment or other services to the banking industry.

We have a paramount general financial practice and worked in many of the largest and most complex financings in Argentina, either representing borrowers or lenders (domestic and international banks, multilateral agencies, hedge funds, insurance companies and other credit providers).

We have developed a premier capital markets, banking, finance and debt restructuring practice in Argentina with expertise in project finance, equity and debt securities offerings, exports and trade finance, structured finance, real estate finance and general corporate finance. We have also developed a robust expertise in sovereign and sub-sovereign financing, infrastructure finance and ship and aircraft finance, as well as in banking, consumer credit and securities regulatory matters; we also handle advice on foreign exchange regulations and administrative procedures before the Argentine Central Bank.
