PM&P brings decades of experience advising on complex real estate finance, acquisition, disposition and development of various types of real estate projects, whereas notable part of its team work in the past 14 years has been the commercialization and development of shopping centres in Sofia and other towns in the country. Our Real Estate Department provides integrated real estate counsel, which addresses tax, construction, environmental and other regulatory considerations.
The good knowledge of the legal framework concerning construction works enables our team to assist the participants in the process when a legal assessment is to be given to the lawfulness of a technical solution in the light of the special secondary legislation and in the conduct of the relevant administrative procedures.
