Covering all of the UK, we advise commercial vehicle operators of all types (coach & bus, HGV, hackney carriage, stretch limousine and private hire) as well as their drivers on all aspects of operator licensing (including Local Authority and Public Carriage Office), regulatory compliance and best practice, clandestine entrant and illegal immigration Border Force cases, the lawful use of equestrian vehicles, construction and use, dangerous goods, utilities and ‘special vehicle’ operations, police and DVSA/VOSA investigations, plus health & safety, to include advising on interviews under caution, all road traffic criminal prosecutions (from death by dangerous to parking), and all traffic commissioner public inquiries, driver conduct hearings and appeals.
