The Banking & Finance team assists leading banking and financial institutions, financial sponsors, investment funds (including hedge funds and private debt funds), and other institutional investors, industrial groups, and listed companies in the main types of financing transactions, overseeing every aspect of the structuring, negotiation, and completion of the related agreements.

Our areas of expertise include corporate finance, syndicated loans, leveraged finance, mezzanine finance, real estate and project financing, bond issuances, PIK debt instruments, and other debt securities.

The team operates synergistically and integrates with other departments of the Firm. In particular, the combination of our experiences in Banking & Finance and Private Equity allows us to assist in the most complex and innovative national and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, ensuring maximum efficiency in process management with a flexible and problem-solving approach.
