The team has particular expertise in dealing with high value enforcement actions as well as freezing orders and other types of injunctive relief.

In 2022, the firm successfully defended a $2.3 billion claim brought by Vale and a $1 billion claim arising from the collapse of NMC Health. Current cases of note include: acting for Defendants to a 7 jurisdiction $500m trust dispute and for two parties in a multi-jurisdictional $1.6 billion claim for breach of trust.
