Our Capital Markets Practice regularly advises several financial institutions in the structuring of public offerings, take-over bids, exchange offers, delisting of securities, employee stock option plans and trusts, among others.

On the local capital markets side, our Firm mainly advises Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros, Interbank, BBVA Banco Continental and Scotiabank Perú. These are the four big players in the Peruvian capital market.  

On the international capital markets side, we are one of the leading advisors on Peruvian law. We have worked advising issuers, like Banco de Crédito del Perú, SURA Asset Management and Intercorp, and international banking institutions, such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan Securities and Scotia Capital, in their role as arrangers and initial purchasers.

We regularly advise private pension fund administrators, mutual funds and other institutional investors participating in the stock market, as well as issuers and investments banks.
