We have been often chosen by multinational companies to defend them in proceedings involving their Italian activities and especially their Italian production sites in “bet the business” cases that required participation in complex precautionary proceedings. We also worked in order to enforce high-value IP rights in Italy, especially in the life sciences/pharma, mechanical, software/IT, fashion, arts fields participating in complex enforcement actions in the Italian territory.
Assistance in non-contentious matters (contracts, opinions, strategies, M&A etc.) in all fields of IP (patents and SPCs, trade secrets, trademarks, design and copyright) and in developing trademark and patent strategies in Italy and Europe. We also deal with advertisements and unfair competition issues. Negotiation and drafting of all types of IP related agreements; short-notice advice on day-to-day matters. All this kind of out-of-court activities help us when litigation becomes a necessary tool to protect our clients’ interests.
