Our Story

For more than 15 years One Advisory has helped companies navigate their governance responsibilities at every stage of the journey. Our purpose is simple: to take away the “noise”, allowing directors to focus on delivering long-term shareholder value. In 2025 we became part of the FRP Advisory Group and are now based in FRP’s London office in the heart of the City.

How We Work

We operate primarily on a retainer basis, frequently acting as named Company Secretary, with services tailored to each client’s annual requirements. This model provides cost clarity and continuity, while enabling us to build a deep understanding of each client’s business and priorities. As a result, we act as trusted advisor to boards, supporting them as their governance needs evolve.
