Our Real Estate & Tourism department is known for its assistance to real estate developments for mixed use (tourist & private) in a wide spectrum of activities that include planning, condominium developments, construction, permits & licenses, sales of vacation properties, time sharing agreements, among other services.

Additionally, the organization is actively involved in matters related to the hospitality industry such as hotel management agreements, rental agreements, acquisitions, financing, sales and leasebacks, franchises, permits and labor aspects related to the industry.

The Real Estate & Tourism team provides assistance in all corporate real estate aspects, management of corporate properties & corporate rentals, financing and real estate construction acting on behalf of important developers, portfolio managers, financiers and contractors.

Assistance is also provided in regards to licenses and permits, land use and zoning for the projects by leading the applicable filings before the competent authorities.
