The team advises trustees, private banks and ultra-high net worth clients on the lifecycle of trusts from establishment, restructuring and administration to succession planning. We have in-depth knowledge of trusts and foundations, enabling us to provide flexible and practical guidance on choosing the most effective jurisdiction. The team combines with our corporate specialists to provide commercially focused corporate advice regarding companies that underlie trust structures or on new investments structures as they arise.
