Ogier has a long-established Investment Funds practice in Jersey, led by a team of experienced partners, backed by expertise across time zones throughout our offices in BVI, Cayman, Hong Kong, Ireland, Jersey and Luxembourg. Ogier remains one of only two offshore law firms to provide both Jersey and Luxembourg legal services. The team advises on the full spectrum of fund structures and strategies, including: hedge, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, energy, credit, debt, venture capital, crypto currency, hybrid, impact and socially responsible investing.
