Francisco Astolfi is in charge of coordinating the Civil and Commercial Litigation team supported by outstanding associates.
Francisco and the more experienced associates get involved in the more relevant matters and set the guidelines and strategies. All this in coordination with the in-house lawyers.

Our Dispute Resolution area has a vast experience litigating in courts throughout the country. We have built an extensive network that can provide legal representation in any jurisdiction of our country.
We implemented a new service focused in the prevention of conflicts and the update of legislation. This in order to help our clients avoid judicial claims and also be in the known of the new norms regulating their activities.
