The team, led by the Head of Middle East Mohammed Paracha, regularly advises clients on a broad range of financings, both on a conventional and Shariah-compliant basis. This includes advising on corporate and syndicated facilities as well as more structured cross-border financings, in the areas of project finance, real estate and development finance, export credit finance, receivables financing, trade finance and aviation finance.

Our banking & finance practice advises clients on Islamic finance, restructuring & insolvency, financial regulatory, project finance and on ESG compliance relating to the finance sector.
