We assist clients with a range of services including negotiating design and construction agreements, project related issues, registration issues, and ownership transitions. Clients include architects, engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, contractors, and other members of design and construction teams. We are experts in cost-effective dispute resolution, helping clients settle problems informally and representing them in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

We advise clients through the lifecycle of their firms. We assist with creating the firm, planning for growth, and ownership transitions, acquisitions and mergers; and we prepare the documents to effectuate these transitions.
