Professional Negligence

No5 Barristers' Chambers can offer barristers experienced in a variety of professional negligence claims, acting for defendants and claimants. Members have appeared in specialist courts and tribunals as well as the High Court. They are particularly active in claims brought against solicitors, often concerning conveyancing, trusts or other property-related matters. Members recently acted in Wolverhampton City Council and others v London Gypsies and Travellers and others, in which a new law was made in the Supreme Court allowing injunctions to be made against persons unknown, even if the potential defendants are unidentifiable.
