Our Osaka office opened on Aug. 1, 2012, our regional base in Japan’s Kansai region. We are the largest law firm in Japan with more than 900 legal professionals, as well as foreign attorneys and other professionals. The Osaka office provides a full range of legal services in all areas of business law in Japan and overseas, with a focus on companies located in the Kansai, Chugoku, and Shikoku regions.

The Osaka office’s key strength is delivering high-value, one-stop legal services from Kansai for complex, cross-practice transactions, including leading cases requiring high-level expertise, deals requiring short-term mobility, global expansion/development matters (including cross-border M&A), crisis management for overseas subsidiaries, international disputes, etc. By leveraging our global network, including partnerships with leading local law firms around the world, our 17 overseas offices and four Japan offices, the Osaka office continues to provide high-level legal services to our clients.
