About

Provided by Nader Hayaux & Goebel

NHG’s Capital Markets Practice Group is built around a stable team of lawyers who have worked together and played a leading role in Mexico’s capital markets for over 25 years. It is also one of the largest teams of its type in Mexico and is consistently involved in high-end and complex matters across a broad range of transaction types.

Our practice has consistently been ranked as Band 1 by Chambers & Partners.

We regularly advise on a wide variety of international and domestic public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, as well as in tender offers and securities matters in general.

We have advised Mexican companies in equity and debt offerings and in tender offers on the Mexican Stock Exchange. We have also participated in some of the largest acquisition financings for publicly traded companies and helped clients in the issuance and public offering of structured notes (CKDs and CERPIS) to raise capital for private equity, infrastructure and real estate projects, among others, as well as in the launch of real estate investment trusts (FIBRAs) and the Mexican equivalent of master limited partnerships (FIBRAs E).

Our Group has advised Mexican and international banks, broker dealers and private funds in the sale of foreign securities in Mexico involving exemptions for registration, and represented clients in the implementation of compensation plans, design of exit strategies, incorporation of broker dealers, affiliate broker dealers and representative offices.
