Our team consists of lawyers with sound multidisciplinary training and practice in law, economics and finance, as they have taken part in emblematic cases as officers of Indecopi and the Andean Community General Secretariat (Peruvian and Andean Community agencies, respectively), and in the private sector. We focus on risk prevention and mitigation strategies and on the strategies to be followed to protect the lawful business interests of our clients in the field of competition and eliminate illegal or unreasonable bureaucratic obstacles, including antidumping, import of subsidized goods, safeguards, and other business matters which are closely related to competition.
