The Morton Fraser planning practice is now the biggest dedicated planning law group in Scotland.

We enjoy particular strength in the public sector. We have been reappointed by the Scottish and UK Governments following competitive tender to provide legal services in connection with public local inquiries.  This is testament to the extremely high quality work that we have provided on this front over the past four years.  Our lawyers are often instructed to appear at inquiry in preference to the instruction of senior counsel.
