We act for Scotland's Rural College which is a Higher Education institution. We acted in the complex merger which involved significant constitutional, governance and compliance issues. The merger was unique in Scotland in being the only one between further and higher education institutions.

Our broad education practice includes acting for a number of independent schools. We have particular expertise in School Placing Appeals and act for a number of local authorities in the west of Scotland. We also have experience of acting for Local Authorities in Additional Support Needs Tribunals.
