In addition, our antitrust lawyers in Tokyo provide counseling to clients on a wide variety of issues, such as pricing policies, intellectual property licensing, patent pools, distribution arrangements, trade associations, unfair trade and deceptive advertising issues, and antitrust compliance programs.
Our capabilities extend beyond Japan-specific matters, and we have a strong global platform to provide advice to clients on multi-jurisdictional issues. Our Tokyo antitrust attorneys work closely with our antitrust teams in Brussels and Washington, D.C. to provide coordinated global representation and advice.
