Our work includes cartel, monopolization, unfair trade practices and administrative fine (kachokin) cases as well as merger reviews. In addition, our antitrust lawyers in Tokyo provide counseling to clients on a wide variety of issues, such as pricing policies, intellectual property licensing, patent pools, distribution arrangements, trade associations, unfair trade and deceptive advertising issues, and antitrust compliance programs.
