With approximately 25 attorneys in our finance team in Japan, we have the reach, resources and vision to assist clients with their most important transactions. We have U.S.-qualified attorneys and Japan-qualified Bengoshi who work seamlessly to provide integrated multi-jurisdictional advice on virtually all of the financing needs that our clients may have on Japanese domestic and cross-border matters.
