MMM's Environmental practice has worked on redevelopments in 42 of the 50 states totaling more than $60 billion. The substantial network the attorneys have through their vast experience includes strategic relationships with equity sources, lenders, insurance companies and heads of state agencies. Though their experience is most substantial in the U.S., they have also handled the acquisition, financing and disposition of properties in Australia, Asia, Europe and South America, as well as Canada and Mexico.
