Overview

The Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation team counsels public companies and private employers in all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Many clients engage MMM solely for its expertise in Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation, which allows the team to be responsive, proactive, and remain focused on individual client’s needs. The practice is national in scope, with clients located throughout the U.S.

The team advises on ERISA and qualified retirement plan compliance, operation, design, and administrative issues. They also provide extensive advice concerning executive compensation matters, including equity-based compensation, retention and bonus arrangements, change in control agreements, and severance arrangements.
