It also handles arbitration-related court proceedings in Türkiye, including the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, setting-aside actions and interim measures.
Its arbitration practice is strengthened by sector-specific expertise, regularly advising on complex post-M&A disputes, as well as high-value construction (FIDIC) and energy arbitrations. The firm further advises investors and states in investor–state disputes under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties, including representation before tribunals such as ICSID, and provides strategic guidance on structuring investments to maximise treaty protection.
In addition, the firm offers strategic advice on third-party funding for arbitration, supporting clients throughout the funding process. It also represents clients in sports-related disputes before international bodies such as CAS and BAT, covering a wide range of contractual and regulatory matters.
