Wendy Tan is head of the shipping department at Morgan Lewis Stamford and is especially active on dry shipping disputes. She is well versed in restructuring and liquidation matters, as well as bill of lading and contractual disputes.

Wendy has very good commercial awareness, with excellent legal practice knowledge and experience. She is able to understand the perspective of clients, especially companies with a China background.
