Our real estate team handles transactions of all sizes and degrees of complexity. We advise on ownership, use, and financing issues for clients including developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity and pension funds, institutional lenders, advisers, servicers, and colleges and universities. We handle land assemblage, use, and development; leasing; dispositions; financings (including international investments); workouts; restructurings; and real property tax matters.

With more than 50 lawyers and other professionals in 13 offices, we serve clients in the real estate industry as well as those whose business models use real estate as a strategic asset. We collaborate with other practices to provide coordinated and efficient service. We guide clients through the maze of transactional issues arising in the acquisition and management of real estate holdings.
