Represented ENMAX Corporation in its acquisition of Emera Maine in a $1.3 billion transaction.

Represented Ameren Corporation in the sale of 7.54 million shares of its common stock through an equity forward. The transaction was valued at $560 million.

Assisted Cheniere Energy in obtaining a waiver of certain FERC regulations, allowing it to enter into natural gas purchase and LNG sales agreements, including obtaining provision of a blanket waiver for future such agreements.

Secured a ground-breaking approval from the NRC for Florida Power & Light Company to extend the operating life of two of its nuclear plants from 60 to 80 years.
