Work Highlights
Moray & Agnew advised on and defended Chemtrans, insured by Vero Insurance, in a litigation commenced in the Federal Court arising from an incident at the Mount Piper Power Station. The applicant alleged that Chemtrans’ was negligent in that it caused a carriage containing oil for the power station to be incorrectly transcribed, leading to the wrong carriage and type of oil being unloaded into the power station.
