Morales & Besa Antitrust/Competition practice covers all areas of competition law, including highly complex litigation before the Competition Tribunal (TDLC) and the Supreme Court as well as investigations by the Fiscalía Nacional Económica (FNE).

Our team is also well known for our experience in merger control matters, including the negotiation and implementation of remedies in phase 2 investigations.

Our antitrust/competition practice is also in handling internal investigations and audits and in the design of compliance programs.
