We have been deeply involved in almost all the major transactions that have taken place in Portugal since the beginning of the modern national capital market.

We provide clients with a full range of advice with particular focus on issues such as capital/shares, debt, hybrids and other securities, as well as distribution and acquisition public offerings.

Our clients include relevant players in both domestic and international capital markets, composing a broad spectrum that includes listed companies and other issuers/offerors of securities admitted to trading from various sectors to investment banks.

In this area, we often represent our clients with entities such as CMVM (Portuguese Securities and Exchange Commission), Interbolsa and Euronext Lisbon.
