Our practice stands out for the legal advice given to creditors in assessing risks and business opportunities, as well as in designing and implementing legal structures that ensure them suitable protection in potential debtor insolvency scenarios, as well as the best tools available once the insolvency proceeding has started.

We provide comprehensive and multidisciplinary advice at all stages of insolvency proceedings brought before the Peruvian Intellectual Protection Agency (INDECOPI), and in strategy design and negotiation with the stakeholders involved (other creditors and the debtor). We give priority to the use of an international approach in cross-border insolvency proceedings, which has enabled us to gain extensive experience in complex cases. Moreover, the firm offers guidance in the sale and/or acquisition of assets and/or companies undergoing insolvency proceedings or financial distress.
