We have briefed, argued, and tried virtually every significant coverage issue (i.e., trigger of coverage, allocation, duty to defend, occurrence, related claims, follow the fortunes). Our practices spans all lines of property and casualty insurance ranging from general liability insurance to directors and officers insurance and transactional/contingent liability insurance.
