We regularly represent secured creditors, including financial institutions, public and private lenders, investors and master and special servicers for mortgage-backed securities. We also represent creditor’s committees and other creditors, including manufacturers, distributors, trustees, real estate holding and development companies, landlords, equipment lessors, intellectual property and patent licensors, and trade creditors in all aspects of insolvency proceedings, and assist creditors in initiating and prosecuting involuntary bankruptcy cases and appointing receivers and trustees.
