Financial Restructuring is a core business and leading practice at Milbank. Our team consists of approximately 75 restructuring specialists globally, with 30 lawyers in London and Germany. Our restructuring lawyers work closely with lawyers in Milbank’s other key practice areas (litigation, finance, capital markets, corporate, transport, projects) bringing a full range of expertise to any restructuring transaction.

Milbank’s European team act for the key players at the heart of some of the highest profile matters.
