We’ve represented hundreds of clients in venture capital, angel, and other financing transactions. We know what the venture community wants and expects from companies, enabling faster and more confident fundraising.
We have decades of experience representing a wide variety of investors in the formation and maintenance of their investment entities and the evaluation, negotiation, and protection of their investments. Our clients include individual investors, angel groups, seed funds, venture funds and secondary funds. We also represent individuals who are joining or leaving general partners and other fund managers.
Our fund formation practice includes the formation of investment funds and special purpose investment vehicles, regulatory and securities compliance, the admission and withdrawal of managers, hiring and departure of employees and consultants, issuance of carried interest and transfers of interests in fund and management entities.
