We have considerable experience in advising UK, Irish and overseas banks on a wide range of personal and corporate lending matters including complex group arrangements and diverse financial structures Our lawyers have a wide experience in relation to property and corporate security including asset finance, development sites, tenanted developments and shopping centres. We have also acted for funders on PPP/PFI projects. We have a particular expertise in regard to cross border lending involving the taking of security in the Republic of Ireland and England and Wales as well as Northern Ireland by reason of having lawyers with dual practicing certificates in Northern Ireland and England/Wales or Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. In addition we have lawyers with considerable corporate insolvency and recovery experience up which our banking clients are now relying heavily.
