We are day-one prepared to relentlessly and creatively advocate for our clients across all core areas of complex commercial, mass tort, and personal injury litigation, and in private and third-party administered business arbitration. We have sophisticated trial experience and that experience positions us, when appropriate, to successfully resolve claims without the risk and cost of trial before a jury, judge, or arbitration panel.

During case assessment, through discovery and motions, and up to and during the trial, our team stays concentrated on assessing and reassessing the cost-effective steps needed to maximize achieving the result desired by the client. We never litigate for litigation’s sake, and we always collaborate with our clients’ business leaders and in-house counsel to stay aligned and value-driven. To maximize this alignment, we look for opportunities when it may be appropriate to utilize alternative fee arrangements.
